ALL BLACK TOWNS PT I - This video gives information about the All-Black towns in Oklahoma. Between 1865 to 1920, Blacks in Oklahoma created more than 50 towns and settlements. There were more All-Black towns in Oklahoma than all the rest of the country put together. Today there are only thirteen. This lesson goes into depth about each of the remaining All-Black Towns and their beginning.
